Common questions include ‘what info do you need for service’, and the short answer is ‘as much as you have.’ The goal is to have your documents served as fast as possible to minimise delays and to ensure a smooth legal process. Preparation is the key, so wherever possible please provide us with:

Process Service:

Completed documents for service
Addresses for service – including home, work, or any other known address or place the subject frequents regularly
Photograph of the person to be served (if available)
Contact number/s of the person to be served (if known)
Any other relevant information (e.g. alias’ used, partner or associates details etc)

Asset recovery & repossession:

Proof of debt documents (e.g. expired notices, registered interest documents, mortgage, writ of possession, eviction order, etc)
VIN, engine and registration details of the asset and/or description of the asset

Addresses for asset location – including home, work, or any other known address or place the subject frequents regularly
Photograph of the person to be served (if available)
Contact number/s of the person to be served (if known)
Any other relevant information (e.g. alias’ used, partner or associates details etc)
